We offer three core packages at your Treasure Valley location. Express Interior ($99–$150) covers the basics: full vacuum, dashboard and console wipe-down, window cleaning, leather conditioning, and odor treatment. Executive Interior ($250–$400) goes much deeper — steam cleaning, carpet shampoo, headliner cleaning, stain removal, and pet hair removal are all included. The full-detail combo pairs either interior tier with our Premium Exterior Detail ($300–$500), which adds a clay bar, single-stage machine polish, ceramic-grade sealant, and iron decontamination. An Express Interior typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours at your Boise or Meridian location. An Executive Interior runs 3 to 5 hours depending on vehicle size, carpet condition, and how much pet hair or staining we're working through. A full-detail combo (Premium Exterior + Express Interior) takes about 4 to 6 hours; a Premium Exterior + Executive Interior combo usually falls in the 6 to 8 hour range. Headlight restoration on its own is a 1 to 1.5 hour visit. We always give you a time estimate when you book so you know whether to plan around the appointment or carry on with your day.
No — IdahoGlow's mobile unit is fully self-contained. We carry our own water supply and on-board power, so a standard outdoor driveway, apartment parking lot, or office lot works fine. If you happen to have a working outdoor hose bib, we'll absolutely use it as a top-off when convenient; it's appreciated but never required. The same goes for an outdoor electrical outlet. The only thing we ask for is reasonable access to the vehicle and enough space to set up.
Treasure Valley summers bring heat, Boise Foothills wind, and fine dust from Ada and Canyon County agriculture — all of which settle onto your paint between details. We recommend an exterior wash and sealant every 4–6 months if your car sits outside, and headlight restoration before the worst of summer UV hits. Treasure Valley winters put road salt and brine down on I-84, US-30, and around the Meridian interchange, so a spring detail is well worth scheduling. Exterior work requires dry conditions — if rain hits on your appointment day, we reschedule exterior services at no charge; interior-only appointments run rain or shine.
Same-day and next-day appointments are typical for Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Garden City. For Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, and Star we usually need 2–3 days' lead time since those runs are scheduled together. Fleet accounts and Executive Interior appointments tend to book out further because of the longer on-site time, so we recommend a week of lead time if your schedule is firm. The fastest way to lock in a slot is to book online — confirmation usually comes within a few hours.
